Ayumi definitely would not be holding more concerts or keep coming back to Singapore like Jacky .

Only old millennials will go. No one nowadays like jpop like in the 90s and 00s

I would love to go see her concert alone.
The wife has absolutely no interest.
Its hard to find a similar generation colleague or acquaintance to go with too.
Would it be weird if I went alone?

Problem is she gets a lot of exposure compared to other singers in Japan. That is why she is very successful, I do think even during her era, there are a lot of very good singers, just not as well promoted as her.

Is it me, or i find the voice of japanese female pop stars and pop groups very annoying? Like high pitched, thinny, pitchy, sharp. Can't stand them. I heard some songs by Speed, and it gave me a headache.
Speed is very high pitch because they are super young when they start releasing albums. Like you prefer less treble focused girl group, try Max.

They are now all ah-soh already... but they still looks good and sing and dance well.
