Hello, I am trying to find out how to pull out the tv hours used stats on my new tv ( wanted to check if its new) but its using a smart remote , the only other way I have seen on youtube was (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OEEz0m0U-Ok&t=1s) using the old remote and downloading an app (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J5r_MfqJUnI&feature=youtu.be) any one knows of the standard way to find this out? dont want to damage my new tv thanks!
