There are many 4D and toto app out in the app stores, just wondering how they get the latest 4D result? Are there API from singaporepool for it?

SingaporePools doesn't permit scraping of its data in its TOS (if I'm not wrong)...what's the alternative to get the latest result at or near the time of result announcement?
