whats the weather like in july? will be reaching 1.30pm on first day and leaving 2.30pm on last day. preferbably gg to pingxi line on one of the days too. what other must go places to visit within the short days in taipei bros?

nothing much that i can remember, would like to try hot springs, look at the unique resturarants like the 'modern toilet' , fly the lantern with wishes, and eat all the awesome foods. just like to chill out of spore

hey bro, advisable to buy the train ticket to shifen on day 1? and, any interesting places to eat?

There is no need to buy tix in advance for Shifen. You can get them at Ruifang station. Basically, you alight the train to Ruifang. Then you will see the counter that sells the tix. Buy the day tix from there.

If you are interested in Cats, can drop by Houtong to visit the cats village.

Things to note: Please note down the timing of the next train. If you missed it, it will be another hour wait.

Not recommended to attempt walking from station to station..

Yes, Houtong is one stop on Pingxi Line..

No worries, tickets unlimited...I got mine on that morning i reach Ruifang Station..

Means u have to be at airport around 1. The only place to go is taipei underground mall. Though that one opens about 11 or so.

How to gauge for shopping? All i know if not enough money, have SGD$ in hand and go to DBS to change. Best rate of all.
