4K Gaming PC Advice

HI Everyone,

Can anyone advise if this built from Aftershock decent? https://aftershockpc.com/products/intel-l7x
Its been awhile since I DIY, so a bit lost touch of which parts is 'better'.
Im still towards Intel CPU and Nvidia RTX.

It would be best if can fit my budget of 2.2-2.5K or just a little bit more. Preferably a mATX or Mini ITX built. Would need to install a PCIe 10G NIC

I already have a 32" OLED Monitor.

if u dun need diy, suggest u get something like this: https://www.invaderpc.com/product/specs05/ and change the case as necessary. even with that and a 2tb ssd upgrade, it ends up over $100 cheaper vs aftershock, and u get:
- a decent midrange mobo
- slightly faster ram (u can still upgrade this with invader)
- a decent psu vs unknown thermalright unit

arrow lake (intel ultra 200 series) is objectively worse for gaming (previous gen 7000 series beats out 265k in cpu limited gaming) and more expensive vs ryzen; cpu is less critical for gaming at higher resolutions like 4k but why spend more?

pretty difficult to get a 10g nic with an itx build since u dont get more pcie slots other than the main one for gpu. matx is a pretty solid place to be imo.

i just googled it seems like a ATX case? when u say change casing u mean choosing their upgrade options correct? hmm it didnt state clearly which is mid tower casing though.

is this 7700 sufficient for my 4K gaming needs? if not whats another cpu upgrade? . if this built u recommend can fit my needs without changing anything. i think this fits perfectly for me price wise. whats the diff for 9700X vs 7800X3D

if using 4k monitor, dun expect too high fps for FPS games....if u wan good graphic quality
at least a 5080 to enhance graphic quality in 4k

7700 more than enough.

78x3d is a far superior gaming cpu. the 9700x is basically a more expensive 7700 with minimal performance gains.

Honestly, I won't go for 5080. The performance difference between 5070ti and 5080 is like 15%. Not like you're getting extra vram or extra features as well.

But the price difference?

Given these 2 base builds with similar specs with just different gpu -

The price difference is a massive $510 for a 15% increase in performance. That's a massive 26% price premium.

Would highly recommend the 5070ti for you.

U know what, I just read this and realize that it's almost impossible unless you find a case which can vertically mount your GPU. Reason being all high end cards are thicc. Even the smallest ones are AT LEAST 2.5 slot which means your 2nd PCIE slot is almost always going to be blocked by your GPU.

the 78x3d best case performs about 10% better at lower resolutions, if ur gaming at 4k the difference is likely smaller.

the b850m gaming plus in the system u suggested still has a x4 slot at the 4th position, even with a 3 slot card the nic should still fit.

Hmm the problem is the lack of space in the case especially if u populate the case with bottom fans. I should take a pic of my build. Am using the Sapphire rx 9070xt pulse and the clearance between the card and my bottom fan is maybe 5mm.

I'm using jonsbo d32 pro and msi b850m mortar wifi which should have similar layout to the gaming wifi.

Granted, the 5070ti is a 2.5 slot card though I'm not sure if it will interfere with the bottom fans. Maybe forgo bottom fans if that's the case.
