cant go wrong with 9800x3d
B650 or above motherboard
64GB DDR5 ram with bling bling
At least 16GB graphics card, AMD for value for money, nvidia for AI workload
850w or more gold psu
Cooler Master N200 case

Quite troublesome to install so if buying from sls, the shop charge about $15 assembly and testing fee.

If you want onsite warranty, go for aftershock

generally agree with veryatas, but highly discourage u from buying aftershock as they still have the gall to use a garbage mobo and fairly sus ssd and psu while not even offering that big of a saving compared to competitors or even diy. that said, 4k is still fairly overkill for budget, 3k should be able to net u a 5080 build which is the best thing u can get short of a 5090 (the card alone still costs more than ur budget).
