4TB vs 6TB HDD, any differences for reliability?

Hi guys, I last time saw that 3TB HDDs are more reliable as compared to 4TB HDDs (quite a few years ago), so I was wondering, will a 4TB HDD and a 6TB HDD have any differences for reliability? Or is just heng suay? Thanks

I see, plan to getting toshiba either 4TB or 6TB, dk what model, just go any sls shop which lists the cheapest and ask them for toshiba

bought 4 WD 3TB red for NAS a few years back. 3 failed since then.
