Firstly, tell me your returns can beat the market, if not please advise folks to invest in index, much much much safer and get better returns with minimum effort.

No need pm me, I can declare all the details here big big for anyone interested, but want to pm me also can. I direct you to easily earn market returns, that is anything from 8-10%+. Safer than all these cannot disclose top secret pm investment which likely can't stand up to public scrutiny.

haha.. must be a newbie agent.

If he really wants to get any business here , he should learn from the pros and lao Jiao agents here... at least offer and good and useful advice first, and people will naturally PM them automatically without having to peddle any sh1t! :o

It is not a big secret and if you are interested in finding out more, I already said you can pm me...I promise I wont eat you up or attempt to shove the plan down your throat lol. At the end of the day, you will only be getting information and know what is out there. Haha I don't have the magical powers to hypnotise you into signing up for something you are not interested in or comfortable with, and neither can I legally do so. I am not in Zimbabwe, I am in Singapore :)

I did not claim that the plan is going to give you exorbitant returns nor did I mention that it does not reflect the market. I only said it is a reliable and legitimate plan with an attractive bonus. If you would like to know more, I am happy to discuss it with you on a one to one basis as it is difficult to present otherwise and you will not be getting the full picture :)

Also, to cscs3...you make salespeople sound like plague. Please note that every time you buy something, you are being sold to...whether it is something as simple as buying a meal or something more complex like consulting a lawyer. If salespeople are as bad as you claim, you should not be buying anything in the first place or you must be regretting everything that you have purchased so far. Also, there is no such thing as a free lunch, everyone has to make a living to survive :)

Not a big secret but a secret that can only be pm? You are already hard selling across many threads, threads you shouldn't even be soliciting business in, even pm people who didn't ask for it, that is as hard sell as you can get in this forum.

nobody say anything about exorbitant returns, I'm simply asking if it can beat market returns. Nor did I mention if your 'investment' reflect or don't reflect the market. Reliable and legitimate plan with attractive bonus, where did I hear that? Oh yeah, insurance does that, kind of.

And just to note, a lot of scams claims that their business is legitimate and reliable and safe and has bonus etc... I did not say whether yours is.

In this age, if it's too difficult to present to a layman online despite the multitude of media tools(youtube, pictures, words) at your disposal, it's too difficult for anyone to understand one to one or not.

Also, to cscs3...you make salespeople sound like plague. The truth often lies somewhere in between. Don't trust a salesman 100%, don't deny him 100% either.

Why must 1 on 1 when you can capture 1 to 10 plus people by putting your investment out here if it is really as good as you say it is ? Put your investment our here in the open and let others challenge you on it ... if it is really as good as it is and you are able to defend it well.. very sure lots of people will be flocking to you to invest in no time at all.

if not well .. sayonara

Sure I can tell you more about the plan since you asked about it.

I represent Zurich (both Singapore and International). Just so you know I am legally required to be 100% transparent with you and do a fact find to see if you are financially capable for investing and in what amounts before I can even proceed further. That is the regulation in Singapore. So please dont think that I am forcing or scamming you, just making you aware of what is out there for those who are interested.

The plan is provided by Zurich International, a fortune 500 company with a high Capital Adequacy ratio. The funds involved here are wide ranging and are on the international level. The name of the plan is Zurich Vista, I am sure some of you might have heard of it.

The reason why Zurich Vista is attractive now is because of the additional bonus they are giving at present due to a current promotion. So lets say you INVEST 100,000 on your first year on a 10 year INVESTMENT horizon....you qualify for the gold bonus and $55,000 (55% of your first year investment) is already allocated to your PORTFOLIO. It is a regular premium paying policy but after the initial contribution period of 18 months, you have flexibility of paying or reducing/increasing your premiums due to a 3 year premium holiday afforded by the plan. I can explain this bit more with a timeline so that you get a better picture on how you can make use of this option to your advantage. This is what most people dont realise when they read up the plan on their own.

For those who don't qualify to chose your own funds (ie no finance background), the portfolio we propose at present are US funds MANAGED by threadneedle which include US blue chip, US performance,US Adventurous allocated according to your risk appetite.

I have excel spreadsheets of projected returns, fees and charges if any of you are keen.

Brazilian guaranteed returns.
germany historical apartments, also guaranteed returns
north Dakota - invest in properties.. thanks to the booming shale oil (i wonder if it is the same sales pitch given the recent oil price)
kinda surprised jim is supporting them!
no wonder my agent keep asking to attend their dinner and invest.

really? jim rogers?
why he so salesman recently..
he kept saying silver will chiong up (ill benefit if its true)
and oil has bottomed.

It is an ILP? if so, then premium holiday should not be a feature that you are promoting, but only meant as an emergency measure.

Anyway good that its an insurance policy, better than some scams :)
u can share here.

just curious, whats the difference to buy from u, since my IFA agent can also sell zurich stuff? i can get from him since he already servicing my car insurance, my ntuc medical insurance, my travel insurance, my PA insurance. I think he mentioned to me Zurich Vista before but I wasn't interested in ILP.
not trolling, just want to see whats your key benefits as i prefer my own agent.
Also, i believe there is some senior IFA agent in this subforum lurking that has been providing good advice here for some time...

This is incorrect statement. Now a day you can buy thing without going thru salesman. I say trust them last, not making salespeople sound like plague. Like the other post mention. There is still good one. Trust them last means you can take many reference before final decision.

Hi archcherub, it is an investment linked policy. However if you choose to not add other benefits for protection purposes, it will be purely for investment and there will be a 100% percent allocation of premiums to funds. This is the common case. So since there is no protection element, you can use the premium holiday feature without any issues. I can offer options on how you can use this option to your advantage if you would like to meet.

Is your FA coded by Zurich? Very strange that he can sell you products from so many financial providers. I am coded by Zurich and like I have mentioned earlier, I always do a fact find first to ensure you have the means to invest and then will advise you accordingly.Besides I can highlight key features of the plan which you can take advantage of to maximise your input which your FA may or may not be aware of. There are other perks as well which I am happy to share with you after my presentation of the plan. These perks are dependent on several factors so I cant make promises now without knowing the substance of the matter.

At the end of the day, I dont know who your FA is and so I cannot speak for him. But if you feel like you can only trust him or feel apprehensive to meet me, then ultimately who you want to approach is your choice and decision to make. Lol I am not a fishmonger in a market to give you a better bargain to attract you to get stuff from me, my job is to plan your finances according to your needs and goals and advise you from there. I prefer my clients to see me as someone they can rely on instead of someone who offers a better deal, hope you get what i mean :)

To cscs3, I guess to each his or her own. Sales people come in all forms, they can be direct or upfront with you or they can be behind the scene. So is the marketing of a product, which in itself is a form of a sales pitch to induce you to purchase a product. Anyway we can agree to disagree.

Now that one knows what you are talking about, let's just say this.

What's your EIR? or Annual returns %?

Is your product able to beat the market?
If not, why not use index investing?
From 2012-2015, STI returns about 40% or 12%+ annually including dividends.
Since the fund you mentioned is just index(different index) investing, why not DIY to cater to what one wanna invest in?
If one wish to buy US market, there is S&P 500 ETF, DJIA ETF aka blue chip.
One need only open a trading account and click buy monthly or even yearly if one so wish.

No point paying for a fund manager if the fund manager cannot outdo the market.

I know you are an insurance agent so you depend on selling these but I also know Index investing is better for everyone who wish to invest.
Paying a fund manager does not result in better returns generally.

Never buy ILP. Never mix insurance with investment.

need so many posts to poke you then finally say its just an ILP ?

think you must take the ppl here for idiots who don't know what ILPs are , say until so secretive and everything ... in the end its just an ILP :o

Let me direct you to this thread then :
http://forums.hardwarezone.com.sg/s...-ilp-plan-after-7-years-my-story-4461503.html

Read through the whole thread, find out the concerns what people have regarding ILPs , and solve/defend them. If you can present a convincing enough argument, sure a lot of ppl will be buying from you !

100% to funds? You mean after deducting the agent's commission and the insurance company's 'admin and processing fees.' Then after that, there's the fund's expense ratio which is non-transparent. Unlike unit trust where I can choose fund with high AUM and low TER.

If I want 100% allocation of premiums to funds, I might as well buy unit trust on poems or some other platform. Why do I need to pay agent commission and high sales charge to buy unit trust?

If ILP can make unit trust look good, then you know you have a problem....

@Dollarsense - I fell into the Zurich trap.

8% on the ICP monies and nearly 5% fees on the post 18 month premiums. The only people that make money of that are the brokers (I certainly wouldn't call them a financial advisor) and Zurich.

Shame on you
