深坑老街

Anyone been to this place jalan jalan?? Any feedback?

I came across their smelly doufu seems quite good online and from those Taiwanese variety show. Feel like making a trip down there. Planning to ask my driver to drop by 深坑老街 after Shifen, seem not too far from google map.

Any other nice food or interesting stuff there to share??

Main attraction is tofu. Quite a short street. I spent around 1 to 1.5 hrs the last time I was there.

concur, in terms of architectural outlook and feel, it's not different from most of those old street as many were built during the Japanese rule. With most of the shops are either souvenir or eating outlets.
