For cpu cooler anything to take note in terms of compatibility? E.g itx casing will be hard to fit in etc?

Yes for itx casing your choice will be limited by the cpu cooler height clearance of the pc case. 212 evo not suitable for itx case

Will consider the cooler. really need ah? thought a good airflow case is enough if no OC.

Honestly I don't even mind the $300 upgrade for 3080. but then I would need 750w or 850w PSU, upgrade to 32gb RAM... and finally buy a new 4k monitor and completely blow my budget....

think 3070 good enough for my 1080p 144hz monitor!

Just go Lazada ba. CM sells it on their page. I got my black edition for about 60?
