From the ip can track back exactly who are you.

With the data of how many people coming in the threads, at what time, which area, etc.

They can crunch those numbers and formulate a strategy on what info to release and must stop. They can judge from a visiting pattern and conclude a lot of things. That’s why our government needs to regulate Facebook and use as their instrument.
