5S battery issue

Past week, my 5s gives me a warm feel at the back of phone.
Closed all back ground tasks, still persist, battery drain was also on high side.
Today it decided not to charge anymore with my usual original charger and cable (charge well with mini )

Google Apple svc ctr shows wheelock and PS, which shid I go?

Battery died, can't charge, yet to do last sync, can I request just check on charging port, replace batt if possible? I don't want a 121 exchange..

maybe go svc center to ask them to chk but dun exchange first?

bro if your battery died, without latest backup then all the best. you can though consult third party stores which are not recommended in normal situation. you are better off approaching third parties for battery replacement, might void your warranty if discovered.

Just an update

It wasn't battery issue after svc ctr tested it.
Concluded was circuitry issues, did a 121 exchange

I wish to know. When I do a sync between PC and phone, anyway I can set phone to over write PC contents since phone is always having changes to its contents constantly?

Syncing typically suggests changes are synchronized between PC and mobile devices (hence the term syncing) in both directions. In most cases, indeed changes on phones are synced and 'updated onto PC'; if there were changes on contents on PC, those changes will be reflected on the phones as well, though.

Additionally, iTunes has settings to allow users to overwrite contents on phones with contents on PC.
