I like the idea of having free taxi rides for elderly over 80 to go visit doctors
but this has to be by a certain guideline to prevent abuse or exploits on multiple levels.

There are a few ways to prevent abuse though... hope this can be considered

Basically, mentioning transport subsides for the older generation, including free taxis for those above 80 going for medical appointments.
