Uses surfing, you tube, transfer files between devices.

Only pc + os.

Can fit 2 hdd will be great. Have an old sata 500mb hdd.

one of those med/small size case if can fit budget. If not normal case will do.

Ty for any suggestions. Going SLS tomorrow to get one. Will prefer not going in blind.

Hi thks. If we go for a 500mb hdd instead of an sdd can i get a better mobo that has better inbuilt graphics then recommended?

At that budget for that usage, might as well go for laptop as their prices have crashed recently. Can get those external hdd case/dock to reuse your old hdd.

Almost every week got show at Expo. Heard there is upcoming one by audio house and usually deals could get a little crazy there.

Thought of that but already got the other parts.23" Monitor blah blah. Cpu just went kapoot.

Your first few requirements are basic computing stuffs, if that's the case go for the cheapest Celeron build with normal onboard graphics.
If you're swaying to gaming, go with Nippons' suggestion.

To be honest at $600 you probably hinder a lot of components. Best is you up your budget to $750-$800 you are slightly more better off. And we got more suggestions for you.
