In the novel 极海听雷 actually got 2 important tombs.
Season 1 is the 南海墓 which 吴邪 and his gang already went in and get some info on 听雷
Season 2 I think will focus on the 雷城 which is important in 'healing' 吴邪

As for the 十一仓 aka 11th warehouse, in the novel got some detail on it.
Its basically a warehouse for 老九门。张大佛爷 and his wife coffins also store in this warehouse (In the TV series, 吴邪 & the Xmm first time go diving, Xmm got show him the 2 coffins which belong to 张大佛爷 and his wife)
So basically, 十一仓 main task is to store everything for 老九门。 From bodies of 老九门 to those treasures they dig from tombs. Even 张启山 that big Buddha statue also store in this warehouse

There is also some differences between the TV & Novel. Like there should be a fella call '齐羽' but the TV show instead replace him to '齐晋‘ so I got a feeling the TV show try to "clear up" the confusion of the novel which mention another '吴邪' in the warehouse

As for who is the CEO of 十一仓? 吴二白 (吴邪二叔）is the CEO.



十一仓 is another plot holes dig by the author. Even in the novel a lot of things also not fully explain
In 重启，basically its for readers to know where 张大佛爷 and his wife coffins location and to intro that Xmm to 吴邪

I would say this show will start to get more interesting when 吴邪 form a new gang and go visit 雷城 to save 小哥 & 黑瞎子

novel actually also never explain the source of this bacteria. Only mention some are put there by 张大佛爷 to set trap for the Jap soldiers.

But this is not impt. 十一仓 storyline main goal is just to
1. Intro that xmm to 吴邪
2. Give reader some insight on the whereabouts of 张启山 & his wife
3. Setup the bait and step by step lure 吴邪 until he voluntarily "sleep inside a coffin and 听雷" in the ending

So far the TV series didn't really explain in detail 吴邪 illness.
His lung illness is actually due to a lot of 'things' clotting his lung vessels, damaging the structure of his lung.
These 'things' last time did not cause trouble because 吴邪 makan the 麒麟褐 in 盗墓笔记之七星鲁王宫 (1st novel). This 麒麟褐 subdue these 'things' and so protected 吴邪 health. But as time pass by, 麒麟褐 effect greatly reduce and so these 'things' start to explode

In order to cure 吴邪，has to get rid of these 'things'. 听雷 is ONE of the important ingredients

And what is these 'things', novel said is because 吴邪 was not trained properly in the art of tomb raider.
He basically do not know the precautions to be taken when going into the tomb and so he breath in a lot of unwanted thing.
As for why others like 王胖子 not affected, I think its another csb from the author lah

i'm a 盗墓笔记 fan, read all the novels and watched almost every tv adaptions so far i rate the tv series:

1. 重启之极海听雷
2. 沙海
3. 盗墓笔记 the first series
4. 老九门 this is a supplementary side story

重启 is the last 盗墓笔记 novel I read.
As of now I don't think got new one.
南派三叔also never say writing a new story for it
