Fit also dun mean good also. The key is to avoid too much stress. If he dun do cardio, his heart also will be under stress.

Can also be rich taitai toyboy. Recently gotch one fell to his death from the balcony after trying to escape from his rich taitai husband who came home early unexpectedly.

Actually alot of ppl dunno that building muscles at age 50 and beyond is not just for aesthetic reasons, i.e. looking toned, fit and muscular.

There's science behind it that muscles are very impt in keeping the body healthy. It's actually a very vital part of the body that keeps alot of hormones and enzymes functioning at optimum level including metabolic rate, so your body will keep on burning fats even while you sleep.

Of coz the most crucial part is it prevents sarcopenia wch is natural depletion of muscles as we age, thus helping to prevent falls etc.

I have been training rigorously for years and have since felt so much less stressed, happier, looking youthful, can eat anything I want and best part is sleep better after gaining muscles.
