Not expert but think generally its the cooked leftover food bah. Leave outside not more than few hours. If not, too long outside throw. Think cooked food put in fridge one two days still ok (want play safe not more than one day bah). After that need to throw.
Those want to keep longer. Should put in freezer first instant. Else throw also if too long inside fridge and not freezer. Best is seal in container when put inside fridge if too many dishes and don't eat immediate, to avoid cross contamination of sort.
