intel xtu is not a proper real world application to find stability
bios go digivrm+ tab ... set load-line-calibration .... about level 4 or level 5
provided that your are input voltage manually / offset / adaptive ... not auto overclock
voltage jumping around is normal
because windows only can read the data in 16mv steps up or down.... some outdated software (hw monitor) can give odd number like ending with 5 which is wrong info

all the other adjustments were automatically set by AI Suite, eg voltage, so dun touch liao, din even look at the RAM. AI Suite also auto optimise my fans and RAM, think dun touch liao, wait till play game until crash then go back.
