Should be fine by format to GPT in disk management.

The issue is more on cost per GB as compared to 2, 3 and 4GB ones.

Looks like HDD casings or chassis casing will have to be modified in order to accommodate those HDDs. :eek:

Usually we are using 1st and 3rd screw.

Unless you are hosting a server, I do not think 6TB is a good choice for home use.
