You can't use ddr3 on H110i. It's a ddr4 mobo.

Buy 240gb first. It's enough for most scenario. Until you save up a bit more then get a hdd later.

This mobo is one of the cheapest mobo you can get that's itx and with wifi as this is Skylake gen mobo. If you want the latest coffee lake cpu, you gotta wait.

Also, do note the recent news regarding Meltdown, the flaw of Intel cpu. You might wanna change to Ryzen if you can afford it. Asrock AB350 Gaming ITX/AC with AMD Ryzen 3 1200 is ITX mobo with wifi is $359, changing mobo to Asrock AB350M PRO4 will be $297 if you don't mind matx instead of ITX and disregard the wifi.
