Some maintenance fees go up alot due to maintenance of water features like swimming pool or rooftop or over the carpark. Leaking cost alot of $$.

Some condo after 10yrs the mthly maintenance is $500+

If i c listing alot sell, meaning smthng wrong.

Buy with care.

700k HDB - you can get BTO(Prime) 4 rooms at nice area like Tanjong Rhu…..

Ya i went for the hdb in matured estate vs EC few years ago though most of hub friends went to buy EC. 1.2m lei a bit tough to afford back then, though now i wonder if we should have gone ahead with it

Condo has to pay expensive monthly fee

But you can make use of the gym, swimming and other facilities in the Condo n it also come with free parking if you're driving.
