normal high performers direct entry inspector usually by 33 make ASP, 36 make Supt, 39 or 40 make DAC, 45 make DCP and golden handshake at SACP MAX.

Scholars enter ASP pathway, 33 to 34 make Supt and hang at DCP. Ultra elite heading at least 3 or 4 major crime investigation leading to international breakthrough can go all the way up to CP nominee or CP. Golden handshake usually other Ministries as Division Head or maybe Public Agency Chairman or what.
