No lah. The black cables is to connect from the void deck sockets. TC will find the person who sign the permit for the usage. Although when requesting for the void deck usage they will ask for undertaker information and contact, the permit's terms and condition is signed by one of the family members not the undertaker. The signer is legally responsible for any damages.

But of course even if no sign, anyone who anyhow damage the void deck they can also find.
