I beg to differ.
AI at best replace desk bound jobs,thnking work, repetitive admin.

Those need human intervention. No.
A few examples. Infra, equipment, machine and etc maintenence. At best AI tell you what is faulty.

Constructions and engineering no.
As long there are human you need management.
FNB, healthcare, telco, manufacturering and etc... Which can be replaced 100% or even 50%? No matter how smart the factory is. Machines and equipment still need parts replacement and maintenance.

So now or next 10y.

But never say never. With China development of human robots, maybe soon.

You accept low pay for first jod you will be screwed for life. Your next jod will pay you based on your current celery

Begger can't be chooser liao.
It's better to get low pay and take it as gaining the "required years of working experience" than keep trying to get high paying job with nothing to offer on the table and wasting time.

Later not fresh already since every year new fresh grad come out. You even harder to compete.

If you're are truly a gem with value , your will find your way by hoping around and get that pay you want.

It may not be the fault of immigration. Starting pay for fresh graduates may need to come down significantly.

Now no experience hard get job unless you are graduate with first or 2nd class honour degree from NUS/NTU more easy get job...

So if not expensive dont start... Nice, my frd with diploma, no high pay, no auto wake yp, clock in,long hrs, all dont want. Wait for 20y , 2 rm bto also cannot afford, now driving grab potentially 10k a month, I guess wait is the best.
