黄子佼获判免坐牢 吹哨者：法律保护坏人

（台北讯）黄子佼因私藏少女不雅影片的案件，日前经二审判处有期徒刑1年6月、缓刑4年，并须承担180小时义务劳务及三场法治教育课程。全案再上诉三审后，最高法院5月7日正式驳回上诉，全案缓刑定谳，黄子佼不必坐牢。

判决结果一出，立即引发社会各界高度关注与热议。事件关键吹哨者Zofia随即在社媒发文感叹：“法律保护坏人，犯错都是可教化。”

Zofia也在发文中呼吁社会大众应更加重视儿童隐私，以及家中孩童的交友状况。目前人在国的她称身心仍处于高度戒备状态，“说我不害怕是骗人的”。

黄子佼2023年起相继卷入#MeToo性骚扰风波和下载大量未成年者影像后重创事业和形象，连带妻子孟耿如的工作也受影响。两人在2025年已低调离婚。

黄子佼在2025年11月24日，也就是二审开庭前一天，发律师声明称“和全数被害人和解”。他在声明中说，因为愚蠢和好奇心误触法律，也失去深爱的妻子、女儿及终生投入的演艺事业。
