Tio fine only. Usually first time is warning. My friend father tio before. He tio 2 charges cos he feed them from his house service balcony. Cos he says got the god feel when he throw the rice and feed them from above . My friend kan until no strength.

Think those feed stray cats one also another problem. The cats become bui bui don't catch mice anymore. And the neighbourhood mice population grow to become a problem for people. End up few people shiok but make the rest majority suffer.

Animal have animal way of survival and there is a food chain order of thing one. If go disrupt it, often the bad side will come back haunt people. Its not like local got shortage of food. So much waste everywhere. So many makan places. Plenty of food for them to scavenge.

Those are not the natural diet

Rice/ bread - after put for some time... out in the open with rain etc, not sure if there's toxins but the pigeons looked sick...

Couple of them were so ill that they have passed away after appearing "tame" in that they do not scatter like usual...
