So you mean Sony with their 50 years + of Tv technology and full array local dimming cannot process better pictures than Nvidia shield or Apple? The processing part imo yeah.
Lol have you seen what amdk like google and apple did with camera processing vs sony/nikon/olympus/canon, despite decades of experience. So you mean Sony with their 50 years + of Tv technology and full array local dimming cannot process better pictures than Nvidia shield or Apple?

But Samsung tv and Sony Tv still not bad lei. Rtings always put them higher up.Lol have you seen what amdk like google and apple did with camera processing vs sony/nikon/olympus/canon, despite decades of experience.
Now for most people even phones tiny camera lens and sensor can fight with dslr. See no more fad of people carrying dlsr liao.
Also, streaming and 4k digital media quite new so sony tv decade tech no use unless you watch broadcast tv / low res video lol.

Yeah. While C935 is better than C835, it is about $4.5K. Well, it may be closer to $4K in two days' time at 4.4. Sale. How about the 75" TCL C935?
How does it compare with TCL C835?
Trying to get a 75" mini-Led TV with under $4k budget to be used in a very bright living room. So OLED's out.
Seemed like only Chinese brands at this price point with the mini-LED technology.
For 75", seemed like it's Hisense U8H vs TCL C835 vs TCL C935 to compare at this budget.
Depend on what you mean by basic. Imo tcl mini led range are not basic and is comparable to the likes of sony but yeah their lower end range definitely not world beater but it’s still great value. If the lens of a phone camera works for you, that's great.
For those who can discern the difference, there is a vast difference. But the DLSR camera is heavy, so each has it's merits.
Again, with regards to TV quality, it's a blessing if you find the basic sets sufficient. Great for the wallet.
Depend on range. Tcl mini led is just as good but tcl lower / medium end sure cannot fight. Sony and samsung higher end also definitely better cause got oled. But Samsung tv and Sony Tv still not bad lei. Rtings always put them higher up.
Yes, waiting for the 4.4 or 5.5 sale to see if the deals are attractive.Yeah. While C935 is better than C835, it is about $4.5K. Well, it may be closer to $4K in two days' time at 4.4. Sale.
A question only you can answer. Best way to decide is to go down to see the two TVs in person in order to see if it's worth the $1K difference.Yes, waiting for the 4.4 or 5.5 sale to see if the deals are attractive.
C835 75" is $3.5K vs C935 75" at $4.5K, before any discounts and vouchers.
Do you think it's worth the $1K difference between the two?
Details here: https://forums.hardwarezone.com.sg/threads/hisense-tv.5354969/Hisense seems to be coming with good stuff. Anyone had experience with their models?
If can no hurry, can wait for c845 - 2023 model. Supposedly it’s c935 level on c8 series. Can save yourself $1k I guess.Yes, waiting for the 4.4 or 5.5 sale to see if the deals are attractive.

Hopefully, it's just an unlucky panel lottery issue .....If can no hurry, can wait for c845 - 2023 model. Supposedly it’s c935 level on c8 series. Can save yourself $1k I guess.
Also, 75c935 review from hdtvtest say got white bar at the top that’s not there on c835

For me, it's not, coz I'm a poor guy aiming only for a mid-range TV i.e. the C835 is already quite a bit above my needs; and I believe while C935 looks better, it's not '$1K better'.
Meanwhile, the web should have a few articles comparing these TVs:

Based on last year it will be around july/august.Thanks for this.
Any idea when the 4th gens for both the C8-series and C9-series will be out on sale in Singapore? I checked and it was already launch in Jan/Feb 2023 in Europe.
The 4.4 sale price seemed to have dropped a fair bit, in anticipation of the new models coming on sale?
And the difference is $900 now for both 65" and 75" size of the C835 and C935.

2,499 is for the 65” C935. C935 doesnt come in 55” . Just clarify with the salesman from smart tech. Currently on the fence of getting either a 65” C728 or all out for the C935, as when i went down to test the C728 against the C825, honestly i felt the C728 colour looks more bright when both are on the same setting.
No idea. Thanks for your advice and tips.
Do you know of any physical shops in Singapore will have both the C835 and C935 on display currently? I went to Giant Hypermart at Suntec and NTUC Xtra at Kallang and they don't seemed to have it on display.
The specs for the C935 looks rather superior compared to the C835. 7680 leds vs 1440 leds and 2500 nits vs 1500 nits seemed like quite a bit of difference in brightness.

Okay, thanks!Based on last year it will be around july/august.
imo the 935 is not worth $900 more. At that price, might as well go oled (but 65).
Also, can’t believe the price jump from c8 to c9 so much diff now. At launch, 65 c935 only 2499
