$750-$850 PC Build HELP

hey guys, im trying to build my own rig but i don not know if it will work out. could you guys help me rate it this build build is good enough. my main purpose is to have some casual gaming (fps games and minecraft xP), watching videos and most importantly downloading many stuffs. i download things such as videos (movies), games and stuff. i usually download big files and it takes time so i need to have a pc that multi tasks well. don have to worry about my 500 gb hard disk below, i have external storage.

My Intended Build:

i've read that z77 more suitable for overclocking but i chose the value ram as if i were to overclock, i will only overclock the i5 cpu to 3.6Ghz as it is stated that i5-3470 cpu can be overclocked to 3.6Ghz. i've also read that i3 not very suitable for gaming hance my preferred build is the MSI + i5 build. as for my vga card, i think its decent enough for gaming and price is reasonable hence i'll stick to that card. so thats all, can somebody help me to rate my build?

You know, you could get a 1TB drive for like, $10 more.

ts, the up to 3.60ghz need not be 'overclock' as it's Intel® Turbo Boost Technology. it will overclock 'itself'. there is no need to overclock for your usage.

For that price point and the intention for gaming only, amd might be a better bang for buck... Intel processors is better for heavy duty stuff like content creation.
