I be on public transport most of the time, unless I could find a reasonable priced private drivers.
1. Taoyuan > Taichung -- Fengjia
Arrived early morning, direct to Taichung by bus, probably arrive after lunch, don't think can go any far place sightseeing, just rest and go FJ.
2. Taichung – E.g. Carton King, Lavender Garden, Flower Garden etc
Have a driver quoted me 2.6k, still considering.
3. Taichung > Chiayi - Fengqihu, Alishan
Not sure if can make it for the Alishan Train, evening take bus back to Chiayi.
4. Chiayi > Taipei > Hualien
Is it possible to reach Hualien by mid-day? Can make it to Taroko?
5. Hualien > Taipei
Maybe spend another half day in Hualien, maybe to Shin Kong Chao Feng farm before going back to Taipei.
6. Taipei > Jiufen
7. Taipei - last minute city area sightseeing and shopping > SG
Which is better? pay $12 for M1 passport or get local data sim? local sim is $20+, seems like M1 passport cheaper, but is the connection good?
