ya lah first timer shld still go Shilin walk walk, the shopping area is v big,
just that no need to purposely find your way n squeeze into the basement foodcourt.

but this early May i went w my Mum n Bro, many shopping malls having Mother's Day sale/discount,
so my shopping king Bro feels that next time End April go Taipei would be great for shopping.
cos May is their rainy season...

Now still rainy season lo... I'm monitoring their weather there at their own govt website, and every day got "severe weather advisory" - extremely heavy rain, torrential rain, etc etc...
