yes showflat is at telok kurau, but i think the preview date is tbd
so far away from the actual 8@BT site.

My comments so far.

Pros - Layouts are good and regular shaped. Very livable.
- location near to MRT. i think nearer to control station as compared to RR
- I think should be quieter than RR if facing Bt Link side.
- 4 stacks per unit each level like point block.
- Toilets and kitchen have windows
- reputable developer
Cons- Small plot may not achieve volume of sales.
- Bt Sembawang may price it high.
- Mechanical carpark accounts for 27 lots. Mechanical carpark tends to break down and very slow. Regular car park lots are 99. Total 126 lots
- 25 m pool only due to size of plot and of cos not as many facilities.
- Natural ventilated lift lobbies means not as atas but probably save on maintenance fees.
- Lesser units may result in higher maintenance fees.
