not much reno.... just paint, then do kitchen cabinet and wardrobe. about 8k+
if need to do floor tiles, tv cabinet, kitchen door etc.... then more expensive.

i have no idea… it doesn’t benefit anyone, not even the contractor or hdb, to purposely delay the completion. so there must be valid reasons why this BTO is taking so long to finish.

Contract period is 2029.. so is there incentives for contractor to complete early? Bto on average takes about 4 years to complete. We should see them start working soon for this Yishun project.

The question would be why hdb gave long time frame for those 2022 projects.
