cannot use GeForce 340.52 Driver

is driver from http://www.siliconguide.com/drivers/ safe to use?

oldest is GeForce 320.49 Driver WHQL

also, if I'm not wrong, without .net the driver still can install. tried it with 9600GT on WinXP before.
