86days Light Duty in BMT

I have had some keloid skin condition which affects me being unable to wear a helmet and no.4 pants make the keloids more painful etc. Went to see MO on 4th day of bmt, kena 86d LD so i was wondering what will happen to me now? Also got an appointment with MMI for pes review soon.

What will i be doing for the rest of my time in tekong?

You will be on 86 days light duty. that's what will happen to you now.

most likely after BMT he will bel post to office work... wear no.3 all the way... also no need to draw weapon.. so no knowledge of weapon...

i have a buddy that OOC bmt together... we went to same unit

but at the end of the 2.5 years.... he revocated and become a spec out from sispec

while I remain at the same logistic unit, as a driver... combat fit

whr got good life. bmt oot the saikang quite xiong one, aka fill 80 jerry cans during field camp all those. but he LD ah, maybe do nothing.

I heard LD still need fill the cans. But cant be as tough as those in training ah. Feel sian only see people training while i cant do anything but watch

BMT 14 Days MC 89 Days Light Duty

Hey everyone , Sorry for disturbing your precious time . I Enlisted NS. On the first week , a few platoon mates and i were suppose to see the MO for some reason which i don't know , Met the MO ,was given 14 days MC and 89days Light Duty due to some problem ( secret)i asked what happen . i was told i am OOTed , what does it truly means by OOTed and What do i have to expect/ prepare for after going back in . .Truly sorry for the disturbance and thank you all for those who took time to reply my concerns

Who told you to see MO?

OOT means you are Out of Training. BMT is Basic Military Training, you are out of the training. That means you don't have to continue with the normal programme of BMT and may be posted out pending re BMT.

My SGT told me to see MO , when MO sees me he ask me , you know what you are here for right? yea then so and so happened . May be posted out pending re BMT meaning ?

There must be some reason why your SGT told you to see MO. What did you tell your SGT? Or is it cause you are in combat fit BMT, but you put on a lot of weight?

You may be posted out of Tekong to go into unit to do what any soldiers got to do, while you wait to go back to BMT again after your new PES Status (if any) has been finalised.

Whether you need to do same BMT or not depends on your PES status.

i think it should be that i declared in the the MO form / Survey that all of us were suppose to write and sign that i declared something which i have not declared that when i was in CMPB doing my Pre-enlistee Health check up

my bad , its mental health issues , but you know its hard like for your parents to know that u have mental health issues ,, so i didn't declare during CMPB and cause i didn't bother to went to see a doctor for it to prove cause the same reason i don't want parents to worry so yea :/ . Things just ballooned up and i guess i couldn't contain myself and got myself into IMH A&E which the MO told me to went for
