Send to unit. Security will not allow for food to leave at the security post one. Cause leave there mean its their responsibility. If anything with the food the customer not happy one can take it out on them. As they are the last to handle it. Unncessary trouble for them.

Delivery to condo is one of the most troublesome. Sometime difficult security and/or customer. Not to mention often the time wasted having to walk in when not allow to ride in all the way to the block. Worse when its a big project waste alot of time finding. And some customers play MIA when call them open gate.

Part of the job bah. Deal with outsiders that come in condo. Its the MC that is particular. If MC no want security do, why should security bother.

Much of the time security will just wave food delivery through one. Too many food delivery in out. Drop and go, not like they will loiter around.

Especially when its a big condo. But some condo the MC every now and then ki-siao one. Sometime can, sometime cannot. Sometime need to record, sometime no need. The security follow the MC busy.

and ask them to come down and take.

Alternatively, ask them to talk to security to register the delivery guy as a guest.

Explain to them that condo security do not allow them to enter.

its a matter between the condo MCST and the security.

it is possible that there were some that cause this ... or they simply do not have a place for the bikes to park properly...

i think its one of those that has many many blocks in a big compound... then some bikes just delivery and any how park...or just hang around there... maybe go swim or shower !!! hahahah...
