This morning saw Tiger promo 9cent promo to KL, Vietnam and Ho Chi Minh. For Bangkok is 29 dollars one way onwards.

This morning 7am see the departure is one way 29 dollars excluding taxes.
Maybe other ppl booked de promo prices earlier than you already
Maybe the promo is applicable for selected dates only

totally agree.. increase the return fare end up paying even more..

There are still a lot of $29++ fare one way to Bkk, it is the return fare that is ridiculously marked up
