Medium answer: If you need to ask, it almost certain your usage won't benefit from paying more for NVME SSD.

Long answer: You will only benefit if you are constantly moving and reading off huge large files all-day, everyday. Or if you have an urge to boast benchmark numbers. Or if you have an urge to buy NVME to "futureproof", only to regret later and wished you just got more capacity instead.
