Hi.
My mobo Asus Prime Z390-A, and 9900K.

3dmark graphic test 2 was throttling my cpu speed. I made a HIGH PERFORMANCE from BALANCED plan in windows settins and fps are normal and no drops and full boost. Any ideas? So keep high performance plan in Windows?

Or just Long Duration Package Power Limit change in uefi from 95W to 155W? What is better?

ps:
MultiCoreEnhacement is OFF in UEFI. AUTO is bugged.

So actually yes. MCE is OFF,Power PLan on HIGH PERFORMANCE and 4,7ghz is always on stress. All other default in UEFI.

9900k has a boost clock of 4.7 GHz on all cores. 5GHz boost is only on single core.

your cpu is not throttling if it boosts to 4.7GHz during 3Dmark test as it most likely uses more than 4 cores.

If its below 4.7GHz during the tests, you might want to check your cooling and temperatures.

If you want to keep it at 5GHz during the tests, either turn MCE on (NOT recommended as it gives high voltages to the CPU) or dial in a manual overclock

MCE must be OFF on this mobo,MCE is bugged with auto, just read ok?

Like i said when i turned OFF MCE cpu was boosting fine but sometimes it drop frequency so i turned HIGH PERFORMANCE in Windows power plan and now its steady.
