Occasionally when am in a phv car. I noticed the driver attention is divided between road surrounding and his mobile devices (some with more than 1). I believe must be very stressful for them. Not saying everyone operating it are not attentive, but not all can adjust well in such conditions.

Erm, think maybe not as much different. Jam brake or not, what goes up, must come down. Its either in front or behind.

Anyway, think the driver maybe stunted tio, was wondering where was the person, suddenly disappeared. So, took quite a moment to find and realised still on top of the car. Then reacted.

Think the phone itself is a distraction of sort, regardless of pedestrian or driver.

Often see people walking with their head down on the phone. Even when they are crossing the road. And the way they walk often is zig zag, sway here sway there one. Like drunken. Cause never see where they walking much.

Many see such always can't help ring or hone them when up close, to let them wake up the idea. Especially when they are blocking the path, don't know where they are trying to go.

Want to use the phone, need to do it safely. Quick glance or operation while moving still ok. But if want to do more detail operation, or things that need more attention one, then need to stop one side safely to do it.

Think ironically, its one of the more level playing field in certain sense. Not so much age or locals discrimination, as faced by many outside. As long as meet the conditions, apply can get. No need see other people face.

Unlike many other jobs. Often, need see who the hr and interviewer are. Where quite some have preferences, just go through motion interview locals to patronise the system and locals. End up still hire own kind.

To certain extent, the many rules seems make the system bloated. Waste everyone time more. As more places need to come out with more ways to run around it and still get their way.

this one must get govt to force regulate the platform not to introduce jods to phv drivers while they are stew on a jod.

than in future if got more than one dominant ride hailing app, all apps must register car lisen plate, and when the car lisen plate is on a jod, cannot reccomend/intro another jod to the apps.
