I was shocked too. All I requested was plug in psu boot to screen all display correct and I'm off. I purchase CPU ram and mobo with intergrated display. Is literally pop in atx 24pin and fire it up. But the Gina pi refuse. Consistently say "we don't do testing here, we don't do testing here"

Okay if it was a weekend and with many full rigs to set up I can understand. It was like 4pm. There was like 0 rigs they were building all staff hanging around eating Burger King tabao.

so they fix the heatsink on alr, test for u, then remove heatsink and pack into plastic bag?

finally when u get home u fix up everything and boot up. u see high temps due to poor sitting of heatsink because of thermal paste reuse then cry father cry mother again.

if buy full system or at least buy cpu+mobo with case then can request them to test for u since there's a place to mount the mobo with the heatsink on
