Problem 2 occurred to my 1 day old laptop, bought at Tech Show at Suntec. Called the seller they tell me go exchange at the tech show, or contact Lenovo onsite warranty! How like that??

Good luck, Atrix is well known to sell faulty and cheap products. So many complains against them in the IT show thread.

Lenovo may also not accept as warranty since its a very old model and EOL. Best to get refund from them.

But if u wanna use the laptop, try reformat the pc with a new windows 10 key.

The button battery on the MB ran out of juice. You can get a replacement at NTUC or any hardware store, about $2.50. The battery is CR2032.

Thanks. I didn't think too much as it was meant to be a simple laptop for my mom's simple use. New windows key meaning I need to have the windows CD? I may be wrong but I am told it comes installed.
