Usually how much you will exchange before leaving for batam?

In RP commonly. While I have not seen people paying in sgd, I better not be quick to say it's 100% RP. But every time I go, it's RP for sure.

agree.. need to be more specific in order to answer the question.. even want to do massage, also need to define what kind of massage u want to go. is it full package of service or just ordinary body massage for 1or2 hours.. for packages, usually it's quite expensive.. i'm not quite familiar with spa, so i can't help u much on that. but for normal body massage, usually it will cost about $20 for 2 hours..

in general, it's always cheaper pay in rp.. bcoz when u pay in sgd, (although currently is not legally to accept sgd), the retailer tend to accept with very low exchange rate. meaning you'll be paying more.. and also, it's higher to exchange sgd->rp in batam, if u change at right money changer, not the money changer in terminal. but it wont make much different anyway since we change in small amount.. it will only make difference if we changed more than 1k.

I stayed at swiss belhotel harbour bay last year may.
booked the deluxe room at IDR756,000 nett (with bkfast for 2pax) which is about SG79+

ferry I took batam fast which cost $48 (round trip) per pax

taxi fare from hotel to Nagoya hill shopping mall and back hotel is IDR100,000 which is about $10 (one way IDR50,000)

I did my spa massage at spa secret which cost $78 for 2.5hr

had seafood dinner at wey wey which cost about $50 for 4pax (include 1 small chilli crab, steam fish, deep fried sotong, fried veg, drink and rice)

bought kueh lapis and some grocery at supermarket. Overall spend about $200 for 2d1n trip

Where you book it from? This is cheap. But Harris resort is not the Harris at the Batam center if im not wrong, just an info for others not to mix them up.

Expedia had a super sale 2 days ago. $100/150/200 off 3/4/5 nights stay with no minimum spend anywhere in the world.

Promo was short lived.

Harris batam centre same price (or maybe $5 different...) as harris resort but I wanted some peace so I chose harris resort.

1) Are there any time difference between Singapore and Batam? SG is 1 hour ahead right?

2) If its yes for q1, I booked a return ferry trip stated at 14:20 WIB, meaning that the ferry is leaving at 15:20 singapore time right??

3) I have booked a 10am ferry at Tanah Merah Ferry terminal, do i need to check in 2 hours earlier like airport??

1) Yes there is one hour behind Singapore. E.g Now is 1pm, then Batam local time is 12pm.

2) The ferry timing is of course based on local time lah like you take aeroplane. Depart from Singapore, then based on Singapore time. Depart from Batam, then based on Batam time.

3) I think have to check in at least one hour early. Better be there earlier ba, at least 1.5hr to play safe. In case traffic jam or what.

GO 933. thats all i have to say. was damn piss of the last time the taxi driver told me wey wey better. in the end i eat not even half i pay and left back to 933 which have yet to disappoint me

Hi i am driving without liscence with bikes in batam and not sure where to park in shopping malls, there was this street where opposite nagoya mall there is an area where you can park there and they look after for you but then i want to enter the mall instead, what is the system like? Just drive inside and get the ticket from them?

I went Restaurant Sei Enam Seafood Batam , although price wasn't cheap compare to 933 and wey wey but confirm food taste much more better.
