A hope after posting out from BMT

last week i was posted to SAR, but i had wanted to sign on to navy but missed the navy recruitment talk during my BMT phrase.. what are my chances to still sign on to navy and get posted to a navy vocation asap?

The answer is no. You have to serve your NSF all the way in SAR near ORD before you can sign on with navy.

I went through all the navy interview and stuff which are quite well but now left the unit and G1 army's approval. My unit doesnt seems to be approving. if i have a substantial reason that i need to sign on soon as i can, would they change their mind?

When I was serving as NSF in an armor battalion as sect comd years ago, got 2 men from my platoon went to sign on, and they are allowed to cross over to 3rd Guards to start their Guardsmen training, even though they already turn ops, pass their amour trade course gotten the black beret.

So still got chance when you signed on lah. Honestly, armour training is not for the faint hearted. If you can become tankee, life still not so bad. But as an AI, its hardship all the way.

But I ORD a decade ago. That time still using the M16 and the M113. So I dunno if its the same system now.
