I am a PES BP (Obese) enlistee joining in Feb 16th. I am not that obese such that I only failed SBJ for IPPT.
Question : Suppose I lose a lot of weight from now till Mid Feb when I enlist, will they recourse me to another batch for being "too fit"?

unless you obtain at least silver for your NAPFA, there's really not much difference between PES BP and PTP PES B BMT. At most just a few weeks shorter on Tekong, but still 2 years.

actually its on case by case basis, you can ask your immediate commanders for a transfer to other company if they allow. last time we managed to transfer a few from standard batch to leadership. But u have to sound out, if not you will just remain in the company

during ur first or second day of ur enlistment, u will be asked to weigh your weight.

only if your weight qualifies for a PES B status, there are high chances that you will be transferred to another company.

This is what I fear will happen. I don't want to be transferred to another batch/company because the recoursing process in SAF is quite long. I need to accustom myself to new people and all those crap
