For me its like if the screamings doesn't help the situation, please refrain from it. Maybe shout at just the beginning is okay, but keep on shouting is only noise pollution and also create more panic.

I believe it is probably due to education n culture level, you won't see well mannered ladies scream nonstop, cos they know is a xia suay reaction.

I dun think most sinkiebu like to scream nonstop, cos I haven't met any yet, except kids.
