I bought 1 lot test test. So far they are quite transparent enough and update me on what they have been doing.
What I don't like is they seems too aggressive.

I bought 2 units of Wingham Creek, their Land Sale Plan. Checked my titled registration to be legit. Have been getting updates regularly. Conversion approved ahead of schedule. Looking forward to exit very soon.
