Who Replied?anyone here done granite counter top with Absolook?
we were squeezing some lemon juice and next morning the granite got etched ... had been doing it at my parents place for many years and never such thing happened ...
their suppplier guy came down and polished it ... still some stain left ... he said cant polish more if not the granite will look blacker which was an issue i had earlier with them ... he doesnt wana reply my question when i ask are these common and a lot of other questions ... he told me company sent him to clear the stain he dont know anything ... he will report back to company and absolook salesperson ...
they absolook conclude their supplier dont know why it happen and absolook trust their supplier and say will remove the granite for me refund and ask me go find my own supplier ...
so any recommendation? a good decent priced and quality granite supplier

Hit n miss one alwyas depend on the ID
lol "ID" are overrated ... most are just salespersons ...
Just completed my reno with absolook,overall experience was good. The senior ID was referred by my good friend and he is very responsive (even at late night). I did compare with 4 more IDs and their pricing was at moderate range. Most importantly is the chemistry with him and will make your renovation journey smooth.
