Yes it can point to NAS.
However cover art is still not updated.

Also need to keep keying in user name and password to access NAS.
Anyway to remember the username and password?

Hi bro you can click on the gear icon, then choose 'Get Cover Art' to download the cover arts - movie names cannot contain too much extra chars or it won't work (e.g. Avatar.xxxhd.2160p.h265.blablablabla.mkv)

Some users also suggested a function to remember the username and password - we will be adding this in to the next firmware.

Mainly because we don't want kids to see RA content by accident. Perhaps can place the movies in a non passworded folder for now

Hi there, not sure if anyone has the same issue but my unit can't shutdown. I have tried doing it from the remote and from within the Android OS but it doesn't shutdown.

My AC RYAN 4K Veolo when plugged to the tv no sound...went to service centre and they check no prob with the set or hdmi...when they demonstrate to me theirs have sound but plugged to my home tv...theres no sound...any expert advice?

My starhub hdmi box no prob...i am using PIONEER brand TV...

Hi, just got an veolo 4k. Encountered some issues while setting it up. Pls help

1) Am running Win 7 (home edition) on my desktop with an external hard disk plug in ( location of my movies collection). While setting up jukebox on veolo, it's able to detect it but access is denied. Error msg states file is not shared. However I checked the settings on my desktop, sharing is enabled. Pls assist.

2) what's the otg port for ?

3) can the veolo support usb hub ?

Hi bro, there are a few ways:

- Using IR Remote, long press the power button
- Long press the hardware button with white color LED on the player
- Using mouse/ air mouse, click and drag up while near the bottom of the screen to show the bottom panel. Then choose the power button.

Hi, I purchased the Veolo 4k at the PC show last Sunday and I am having audio issue.
There is no audio when the box is connected to my Yamaha amp. I can confirmed there is audio when connected directly to the TV.
I have tried changing the audio output settings but they don't work.

I brought my Aussie friend to the show as well and he purchased 4 sets of the box. I encouraged him to buy your product instead of the others. Now I am afraid he may encounter the same issue as me, and I am responsible for it.

Pls advise how to resolve the audio issue.

The only I don't like is the mini HDMI 2.0 instead of normal HDMI 2.0 port. I can't even find any HDMI mini 2.0 cable on Ebay or Amazon. Other than that the box is working fine. Any recommendation AC Ryan?
