May I ask, when you receive it, are the firmware latest ?
So far no issue ? tt great ... now juz wait for the case to enhance the tab7 protection. :)

Hi all,

Seems everyone already received their replacement set I am happy to announce again that their will be a new firmware that you can try soon. The latest firmware that we are currently testing now support Googlemaps location and some other important improvement.

For the casing, still the same schedule 2nd-3rd week of August @19.90.

Which outlet will be selling ? We are happy, but without casing, it's very fragile ...

All of our dealers who are selling our Tab7 will also sell the casing and that includes superstores like Challenger and Harvey.

Will you be providing us with the update of the stock available in store once it's ready to be release? Will there be any issue if the store like challenger do not have the stock even it's release from ACR during Aug 2nd or 3rd week? do advice.

AC ryan, we bought the device from IT fair and we been using the tablets with defects, I think you should reimburse us with the protective cover XD~

Hi Everyone, I can confirm that our casing is still not yet out in the market. The link provided above is I think will be one of our online seller, they most probably just informing customers but definitely they do not have the stocks to sell as of the moment.

base on your logic, you sure boycott ms windows if you using or diablo3 if you playing because they are do it more frequently somemore they are big company. if you want, i can give you more example.

android os itself, also have lot problem or bugs, so you will see alot android version like froyo, gingerbread, honeycomb or ics and etc. if google did not release any new version of os, you think who will fix the issues. it have 2 solutions for doing this, wait for official firmware like acr does or flash in rom from xda. if you are guru of android development, den you can fix it whether share or not share upon own chose. software development is not easy job as you think, please appreciate what they do. when thing nid to be improve, just shoot without hesitate. when thing to be compliment, just give.

you might consider that this is the first tablet they have, although some of area they didnot done a good job but they willing try to resolve it as much as possible. why not give them a chance. if you don think this is the product for you, there is some other product suit for you in the market.
