base on your logic, you sure boycott ms windows if you using or diablo3 if you playing because they are do it more frequently somemore they are big company. if you want, i can give you more example.

android os itself, also have lot problem or bugs, so you will see alot android version like froyo, gingerbread, honeycomb or ics and etc. if google did not release any new version of os, you think who will fix the issues. it have 2 solutions for doing this, wait for official firmware like acr does or flash in rom from xda. if you are guru of android development, den you can fix it whether share or not share upon own chose. software development is not easy job as you think, please appreciate what they do. when thing nid to be improve, just shoot without hesitate. when thing to be compliment, just give.

you might consider that this is the first tablet they have, although some of area they didnot done a good job but they willing try to resolve it as much as possible. why not give them a chance. if you don think this is the product for you, there is some other product suit for you in the market.

nothing wrong but when i bought my iphone 4S, I also didn't enjoy it cos the battery drain & reception problem and then apple quickly pushed out firmware update. so you see, even iphone users also test, report problem and update.

It is pretty obvious that you are from AC Ryan, and you create this nick to monitor and counter criticisms against your company's first tablet. I din knoe AC Ryan has to resort to such tactics in HWZ, really no standard If you tablet is good, ppl will be happy about it, if it is junk, then take all criticisms positively and try to improve. Creating crones here to defend your company is really lame

Take ppl money, better provide ppl with a product that they paid for, and not treat customers as guinea pigs. This is business ethics, and there is no different way of looking at it.

Try upgrading to this firmware on Sunday, however after it d/l finish ... and after i click on OK, waited for 10min <- no respond at all ? retry a few time to download ... but still the same ? Is the server responding on Sunday ???

Tablet like these are not new stuff in the market. The technology is already existing. ACR is not producing any new functions features in the tablet market. They are not leading age. They are followers in this area. At the show, they claimed they are an established brand and we should buy from established brand. One would expect that they produce something on par with what other established brands are producing.

All these problems are very obvious. When the customer gets the set, immediately, the problems surfaced. Not just 1 or 2 problems but a number of problems. Not only software but hardware as well. But all these problems were "rather" quickly resolved with help from customers !

If they take a few more weeks to test the products thoroughly. They would have a bunch of happy customers, but ...

lol, don assume it make you look stupid. you can said me pro ac ryan base on the product and service i received. maybe im so lucky that everything fine for me and im happy with the product. i such a person who easily satisfied for every product as long im happy.

i did not defend them. as long as acr got problem just shoot without any hesitate, this is privileges as a consumer as i post it before. sometime people will auto filter what i want to said and put his words to replace what i mean for.

another thing, i don work for ac ryan so what you assumed is not valid. i don create an account for this purpose. i have alot of thing and matter to busy on. if company want me sit here doing this, i will fk it and ignore. this is my stand... i wont said ath regard of this again that was so annoy...don assume if don kw ath...kiang jiu hao mai kay kiang...

ACR is lucky they released zis tablet at the correct timing. If google announced theirs earlier nobody will be bothered with acr based on the ****ty specs it comes with.
